Salary: 80000 Your new company You will be joining a construction company that has been operating for over 50 years and provides construction services for both commercial and residential projects across New Zealand. Your new role This is a sole finance role, working closely with the Director and external Accountant Your new role involves managing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts You will also be responsible for end-to-end payroll duties, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payments, as well as reconciling accounts Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions You will also be responsible for goods receipting and supporting the payments of suppliers' invoices, generating purchase orders and maintaining an updated report You will be responsible for maintaining goods and invoices receipts, as well as vendor invoice management Finally, you will be responsible for general administration and providing month-end support What you'll need to succeed A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sole charge finance role Experience using SAP, Oracle, TechOne or MYOB is essential Experience processing end-to-end accounts payable, receivable, and payroll Intermediate to advanced level of Excel Self-motivated and ability to work independently What you'll get in return $70,000 to $80,000 per annum Mentorship by an experienced Accountant Office based with free parking What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV ****** , or call 048863883 If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career #J-18808-Ljbffr
