In this key role, you will be a trusted adviser to our business. You'll be embedded and invested with the DCE and Business Group that you support, responsible for the proactive and effective delivery of reporting, insights, influence and impact to help your DCE and Business Group succeed. Using your talent to manage effective relationships you'll support the quality of our investment framework and the management decisions to ensure that business strategy is delivered in a fiscally sustainable way and within an acceptable level of risk.

We are a collaborative team where you can bounce ideas off each other and have support within the unit, so someone who is able to work independently but also alongside others and bring them along on the journey will be ideal.
This Business Partner role will provide the opportunity to coach and mentor the Analysts around you that support the business partnering team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated finance and business partnering experience.Excellent relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to build trust, confidence and influence. This is a people-focused role.Proven communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to present complex information to a range of audiences.Demonstrated ability to use analytical decision making and financial management skills to successfully improve business performance. You will be proactive and curious to explore the "what", the "so what", and the "what now".Experience mentoring, coaching and supporting finance peers.The midpoint of the salary range is $143,461 per annum and the full range(85%-120%) is $121,942 - $172,154 per annum.Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
