We have an opportunity to join Finance Business Partner team and further develop your career in an environment of continuous improvement, this full-time position can be based on either our Wellington or Manawatu campus.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide trusted, insightful, and comprehensive financial advice and support within Massey to the Support Services and the Office of the Provost

The Finance Business Partner Team is responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and finance support to the University / Corporate function. The main responsibilities of a Finance Business Partner include budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis, key financial and non-financial KPIs monitoring/reporting, cost-benefit analysis, financial data modelling and other related duties. These services will be provided in line with agreed service level agreements.

To be successful in this role, you will bring: At least five-years' experience working in management and /or financial accounting in a large organisation. Demonstrable experience of working with large numbers of stakeholders. Demonstrable experience of working with large sets of complex data. Experience in writing financial reports for senior management.
