What will you do? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will provide outstanding internal customer service to the Ryman Operations team via the delivery of trusted, insightful, and comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.
Key responsibilities but are not limited to:
Providing timely and accurate financial information and business support to assist effective financial management, oversight and decision-making of the Operations teamAssisting with the effective implementation of budgeting and forecasting process for the Operations team, that links into the overall Group budget, to deliver accurate and timely financial plans that are strategy led and aligned to activity plans.Producing monthly reporting and insights for the Operations teams with comparison to both budget and prior year performanceProactively driving improvements to financial processes and the quality of information provided to the Operations team, driving enhanced commercial decision makingProviding support for and assisting with business case writing for the Operations teamMentoring and coaching junior members of the Finance teamTogether with the other Finance Business Partners, contributing to the enhancement of business performance across the Ryman GroupManaging internal customer relationships by responding to the needs of the Senior Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team, and other internal customers.What's in it for you?
