Manage, improve and assist with the transactional processing of the Finance Team. The appointing salary for this role will be between $70,000 and $95,000, depending on skills and experience.The Finance Business Lead is based at our EIT | Te Pukenga Hawkes Bay campus reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for: Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions, including invoice processing, query resolution, fixed assets processing and compliance. Leading the transaction processing team. Responsible for recording fixed asset additions and disposals, running depreciation monthly and completing the fixed asset reconciliation process. Supporting and reviewing accounts payable, accounts receivable and cashbook for complex or high-risk transactions. Ensuring that all relevant transactional processing documentation is reviewed on a timely basis and kept up to date because of system or process changes. Responsible for the annual stocktakes across EIT, and owning the Business Partner process this encompasses. Managing staff to ensure that a consistent and efficient finance transaction processing service is maintained.
