Finance Assistant

We are in search of a dynamic and well-organised experienced Finance Assistant to join a supportive team based in Manukau.

The role:
Permanent contract. Start date ASAP.37.5 hours per week.Complimentary parking.Pay between $60-65k per annum.This position requires on-site presence and does not allow for remote work.
In this role you will be carrying out and recording assigned financial transactions such as payments, receivables, reimbursements, and other day-to-day transactions and to assist with other financial management and reporting activities.

Requirements:

Be systems savvy and must be proficient with MYOB systems.Strong understanding of accounting practices and procedures.Understands Tier 2 financial reporting requirements.Knows cash handling procedures, cash management and forecasting.Possess an accounting diploma, or equivalent experience.Must have 2 years experience in a similar role in New ZealandMust have a valid work visa for New Zealand.
