Our services include professional signage solutions, graphic design, marketing and brand engagement.Established in 2015, OnPar is passionate about the sport of golf and proud to support regional golf clubs to achieve their vision. We are currently looking for a superstar Finance & Operations Administrator to join our team and be part of the next stage in our evolution. OnPar is currently situated in a home-based office in Maungatapu and, with 8 local team members, a cat and the occasional appearance of multiple kids, it has a real family feel with inclusive values!About the RoleThis role covers the entire finance lifecycle at OnPar. We need a Xero expert with a strong grounding in Accounts Payable/Receivable. Someone who is confident at generating invoices, managing debtors, reconciling accounts and providing direct support to the CFO and Directors on matters of finance. This role also encompasses administrative functions as part of the wider operations team. You will work collaboratively with the Campaign Engagement Specialist and Operations Supervisor to ensure accurate and efficient management of campaign data.Key aspects of the role: Providing a high level of finance administration services contributing towards the business meeting all its financial obligations on time, and the operation of a financially secure business; andProviding timely and accurate administrative support to the Operations Team, contributing towards the successful setup, launch and running of sponsorship campaigns; andEfficiently and accurately supporting the wider team with administrative requirements allowing the business operations to run smoothly; andEngaging with our values and demonstrating effective personal leadership, contributing to a healthy working environment where we all feel valued and connected.The Person:We are looking for someone with significant finance experience who has the confidence to provide advice on best practice guidelines. We need a positive person with a "we can do this" attitude. As a self-starter, you will thrive on working in a close-knit team whilst retaining autonomy in your role and the decision-making process. You will be a problem solver that sees opportunities instead of issues and you get excited about delivering outstanding service to all stakeholders. Attention to detail is essential, you will be the go-to person for all things finance and our team will look to leverage your experience to ensure the business operates smoothly.Relationships with golf club sponsors are critical to our business.
