Day to day duties could involve but are not limited to:
General administration support – invoicing, reporting, credit applications
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Monthly bank and account reconciliation
Weekly/Fortnightly or Monthly payroll for 200 + employees
Credit control and debt collection
Assess lending applications
P&L and Asset Register management
Monthly financial and management reports
Annual financial reporting
General financial management and analysis
Candidate Profile:
If you wish to be considered for these positions, you must have previous experience working within the finance and accounts sector. We require people that are passionate about their work and helping other people, have strong attention to detail and are willing to go above and beyond in their roles.
As well as these, many of our clients are also looking for candidates with Intermediate to Advanced level skills in Excel as well as knowledge in systems such as SAP, JDE, Oracle, PayGlobal, MS Dynamics, Chris21, MYOB, PeopleSoft and other key finance based systems.
