Finance Administrator

You re a dynamic and experienced Finance Administrator who thrives on attention to detail and looking for a fixed term contract through to May 2021 You might be either seeking a change in your current role be between jobs or looking to reenter the workforce after some time away Any of these work for us Enjoy working in a small team of professionals who are committed to delivering the best service for their clients This is the role for you Xero and WorkflowMax will be programmes you are intimately familiar with and you love taking ownership for the accounting payroll invoicing and reporting functions to support a business in achieving its goals Working alongside other members of the administration team you will also enjoy pitching in and helping wherever your skills are required including the cover of reception during breaks You must have relevant financial and payroll experience to be able to hit the ground running in this 20 hour a week position where some flexibility exists around days hours as at Structex we are passionate about a healthy balance between work and play This means we work our hours across 9 days in a fortnight instead of 10 so every second Friday the office closes and all staff enjoy a 3day weekend Whats not to like Structex is a structural engineering consultancy that combines the knowledge and experience of a large engineering consultancy with the effectiveness close business relationships and agility of a small team We deliver our services via a network of experienced teams that support the engineered aspects of projects all the way concept strategy design structural engineering and postproject review Our administration team is an integral part of the business supporting our technical staff at all stages of their work So if you re a finance administrator who is keen to join our innercity team for 12 months let s talk Applications close Sunday 22nd February 2020
