This company are a niche company that operate within the banking and financial services industry. They support local banks and other finance lenders with regards to mortgage security documentation and process. This company boast a team of 30+ staff in their Auckland central location and have headquarters out of Australia. They are looking for a File Manager to join a high performing team with prior exposure with mortgage documentations.
Your new role...

Prepare loan contracts and mortgage documents accurately and timely
Review titles, company searches, valuations and bank statements

Promptly respond to all web-based and phone based inquiries

Accurately complete all database

What you'll need to succeed...
Prior experience with mortgage documentation

Familiar with land titles and aspects of property law
Highly accurate word processing and data entry skills

Ability to work in a target driven environment to strict deadlines
High communication skills both written and verbal
A customer focused attitude and mindset
