You will be fully backed by head office functions and on the ground training and support.The role:The purpose of this role is to provide repair, service and maintenance of Linde Material Handling equipment at various customer sites and to satisfy customers with a high level of quality in an efficient and timely manner.Responsibilities include: Diagnose and trouble shoot software and hardware issuesDiagnose possible faults using the hydraulic circuit diagramsServicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forkliftsCarryout all PM services on a range of material handling equipmentRead and interpret light truck circuitsRepairs to the hydrostatic travel drive systemOrder Spare Parts through the Parts PortalLiaise face to face with customersLiaise with the Service Allocators to confirm the jobs assigned every day and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on timeBe able to assist in repairs of units in the workshopParticipate in our after-hours on call service roster for any after-hour call outs We are ideally looking for: Forklift License & Driver's LicenseGeneral product knowledge of motors (electric & IC)At least 3 years' experience in Forklift repairsUnderstanding of OH&S obligationsComputer skills in Microsoft office packages – Word, Teams & Outlook.Great communication and interpersonal skillsGreat customer service skills If you're keen to be part of the journey we can't wait to see your application by hitting APPLY NOW, or pop Felice a confidential call on 021 792217.
