Responsibilities: · Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of BMS building services (HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems). · Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell's clients liaising with the technical team and sub-contractors · Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise) · Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required · Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks · Navigate and interrogate BMS interfaces · Estimates materials costs and quantities · Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients Key Experience & Capabilities: · An appropriate Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic qualification advantageous · Intermediate computer skills · Proven background in the servicing and maintenance of BMS technical equipment · Electrical experience: - Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching · Instrumentation experience – Knowledge of instrumentation devises and control applications · Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures · Commitment to customer satisfaction · Good communication - both verbal and written · Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision · The ability to work under pressure · A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment About Us The world is changing.
