Feed Mill Operator

As a Feedmill Operator, your role will be involved in ensuring the processing of dietary materials (grains, protein powders, etc.) in order to meet customer feed orders. With many moving parts this role will see you complete multiple feed orders and assist in the operation of the mill. Other responsibilities include;
Operating feedmill machinery in order to produce feed order requirements.
Completing general machinery maintenance in order to minimise breakdowns and avoid the disruption of the process.
Inspecting dietary materials prior to processing as well as inspecting the final product prior to distribution.
Ensuring manufacturing processes are adhered to at all times.
Maintaining high quality standards and reprocessing of materials as and when required to meet these standards.

To be successful in this role:
You will have a current full license (F endorsement would be beneficial).
A trade qualification would be beneficial.
You will have previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
Clear understanding of stockfeed or poultry industry would be preferred.
You will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
You will be reliable and punctual.

This role is a afternoon shift role working from 3.45pm to 12.15am Monday to Friday.
