Boran Cuisine Ltd t/a: Jay's Dumpling Cafà in Nelson specialize in Asian Fusion cuisine we are seeking a couple of Fast Food cooks urgently. Responsibilities · Prepares batches of food that are cooked to order or kept warm until ordered and sold; · Prepares washes and cuts food to be cooked. · Prepares and cooks food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions; · Multitasks by cooking several different orders at once ensuring that all items are prepared in accordance with customer instructions. · Maintains overall sanitation health cleanliness and safety standards for food preparation areas cooking services and dishes and utensils. · Cook Dumplings, Wontons, Noodles, Side Dishes, Fried food, etc. · Kitchen Cleaning, including equipment, interior and exterior of the kitchen. · ordering and taking delivery of fast food ingredients · Support FOH staff for taking and serving food and beverage orders, and receiving payment from customers, may arrange delivery of prepared food and beverages · Keep optimizing the SOP and training new staff. · Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
