About the role
As a Facility Manager, you will thrive in a challenging situation and possess the innate ability to think outside the square. Your business, commercial, and health experience will drive you to constantly excel in your role. Working collaboratively with the Clinical Manager, you will motivate and engage your team members to consistently provide high-standard quality care to the residents.

What you have to do Lead and engage the team to effectively coordinate services within the facility
Maintain adherence to clinical governance and HDSS disciplines
Proactively work towards maximizing occupancy levels

Effectively manage all business aspects to ensure the site operates smoothly
Drive financial performance in line with the Facility Business plan
Skills and Experience A minimum of 3 years health or hospitality management experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with good business and financial insight
Proven experience in leading and influencing a team
Excellent networking and customer relationship skills
