About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Facility Manager to support the operations of the business. Radius Baycare is approximately a 45-bed facility that provides rest home, private hospital, palliative, and young disabled care. The purpose of this position is to lead the facility in all aspects including clinical safety, operations, relationship management, and people management. We are looking for someone that is driven to succeed, is able to make a quick change and puts the resident at the center of what they do.
Radius Baycare is located in a tranquil, rural park setting at Haruru Falls, just a few minutes' drive from Paihia in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Rest home, private hospital, palliative, and young disabled care are offered by our caring staff, who provide a lively social atmosphere where family and friends are welcome to visit at any time. Our team prides itself on ensuring our residents have every opportunity to continue their individual hobbies and interests.
