Facilities Maintenance Worker

Our property cleaning and maintenance service company seeks reliable, full-time Facilities Maintenance Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be working for at least 30 hours per week and responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including: 1.     Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial and residential spaces. 2.     Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. 3.     Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal. 4.     Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. 5.     Restock supplies and ensure inventory management. 6.     Follow safety procedures for a secure work environment. 7.     Assist with special projects as assigned, including painting tasks such as priming, painting, and touch-up work. 8.     Assist with landscaping and tree maintenance duties as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have: 1.        Previous experience in commercial and residential cleaning services preferred. 2.        Ability to follow instructions and work independently. 3.        Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 4.        Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. 5.        Good level of physical fitness and ability to work at height and in confined spaces. 6.        Police vetting and drug test is required . 7.        No allergies to dairy, nuts or dust. 8.        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
