Expression Of Interest Form - High School Facilitator

The Liger Academy is seeking expressions of interest from passionate and experienced Facilitators to join our team. Our ideal candidates will have a strong background in project and experiential based learning, experience facilitating learning at high school level, and an enormous passion for evolving education. Liger Facilitators:: Facilitate learning in an innovative, creative and engaging manner Develop learning plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of diverse learners and engage them in the real world Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth Provide individualised support to students who need extra support Collaborate with other facilitators and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience Participate in professional development opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest facilitation methods and technologies Foster a skills-based, inquiry-driven learning environment that emphasises innovation, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset Be a role model for Liger's core values everyday Ensure that learning caters to the needs of all students and builds on what they already understand, know and can do Guiding our learners to be successful, independent learners Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate diploma in Education  Be registered or able to register with the NZ Teachers Council Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching and experience with NCEA We offer a competitive base salary for an experienced and registered educators, depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience. Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed. We are able to assist with accommodation for an initial period of two months.
