About Us Kiwi Lumber is a progressive sawmilling company marketing Radiata Pine to the USA, Australian, European, Asian and New Zealand markets. The group consists of three modern sawmills located in Masterton, Dannevirke and Putaruru, and employs a total of 220 staff, across the three sites.
The Role
Reporting to the Processing Manager, we are seeking an experienced timber machinist at our Masterton Site. We require a minimum of level 3 certification with experience in a timber processing environment. You will be required to fill in as an operator as well as carrying out timber machinist activities.
Having a positive attitude, and a health and safety focus are essential.
About You
This is an ideal position for a self-motivated, energetic timber machinist who is able to work unsupervised, enjoys physical work, is keen to develop their timber machining skills.
