About You: As an experienced professional, you will have 3 + years of working in a 360-degree agency based role, exceeding targets, handling complex negotiations, managing relationships, and actively developing new business relationships. You must enjoy working in a team, be target driven and able to demonstrate tenacity, perseverance, and persistence. At Team Fluid, our Consultants are ambitious, perceptive, and driven by fostering and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. As a senior consultant joining our team, you will have the full support of our senior management team and access to our comprehensive PD resource pool. Management training actively available for those looking to develop this skillset. We are open to facilitating discussions around transferring your experience into one of our existing market verticals, or supporting you establish your own practice within your technical industry of choice, whether it be IT, architecture, sales, logistics, or something more unique - we want to hear from you.
