Jungle Busters excels at identifying customer vegetation issues and providing a quality, project managed solution to those issues. Primarily these may be mowing, slashing, herbicide application, tree loping, landscape construction and garden maintenance.

About the role

You will be joining a team of committed passionate and service focused members striving to provide exceptional outcomes to our customers. We have an important role for an experienced large area mower operator to work on Brisbane City Council Parks. We would like to use your experience, passion and desire to deliver a quality outcome in our new and existing contracts.
We are currently looking for a team member to perform the following duties but not limited to:
Wing deck mowing operations or;
Wide area mowing
Roads & Parks Mowing

The successful candidate will have the following qualities and characteristics:
Proven experience in wing deck or wide area mowing operations.
An MR truck licence.
Proven experience in Road Side & Parks Mowing
Time management skills
A passion for the grounds maintenance industry
Physically fit and agile for the role
Eye for detail and a attitude of getting the job right the first time
A good listener and communicator
Be able to work unsupervised or within a team
Use own initiative and self motivated
Be able to maintain their equipment
Good technology knowledge or ability to learn

Skills and experience

To be considered for any of the positions you must have a MR or higher class drivers licence. We are looking for experienced operators only!
In addition to experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
1 year or more experience on a wing-deck or wide area mower
ACDC License an advantage
Traffic Control level 2 an advantage
Horticultural qualifications an advantage
Knowledge of turf maintenance
Basic computer understanding
Understanding of OH & S
