About The Opportunity: As we continue to scale our team to meet our growing client needs, we are actively recruiting for our engineering divisions. You will work closely as a part of a busy, client-facing team to maintain existing and build new relationships, actively staying on the pulse of talent within the market. You will work alongside multiple senior consultants in this space, with direct one-on-one mentorship and a chance to work on roles from day one. By joining our tight-knit team of trusted consultants, you will: Work across a variety of administrative & CRM software Develop high-level sales & business development skills Source & convert active talent, developing valuable talent pools Attend & take leadership of your own client meetings & presentations Deal with complex business transactions & negotiations Build & maintain relationships across the market Manage a variety of valuable client accounts This is a hugely varied role that will provide you with the opportunity to work with some fantastic businesses as a partner in talent acquisition. You will also become a trusted advisor to a pool of talented individuals in achieving market-leading career milestones and goals. About You: To be successful with our team, you will be an ambitious and driven professional with a genuine desire to build relationships and work in a fast-paced, busy team environment. You will have an entrepreneurial approach to your work, demonstrating initiative, and juggling multiple deals and operating with pace and resilience across business transactions. This role requires an experienced professional with 3+ years of agency experience, and specific exposure to civil engineering organisations, roles, and processes. You will have a meticulous, process-driven approach and a demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop lasting industry relationships, negotiating contracts and providing advice across recruitment processes. You will also enjoy reaping the reward of your hard work through our busy social calendar and commission scheme, celebrating your success and building relationships with our nationwide corporate team.
