Experienced Bartender - Rosie'S Cantina & Taco Joint

Key requirements for the role include:

2+ years experience behind a busy bar in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant
A valid and up to date LCQ/Managers Licence (not mandatory but preferred)
Awesome cocktail design and construction experience (a must!)
A passion and desire to surprise and delight everyone that walks into the venue
To look the part and help to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time
To be great at building relationships with customers and team members
To be comfortable under pressure
The ability to be a team player
