We guarantee a variety of interesting work, supportive, collaborative team mates and heaps of fun working with our amazing clients.As an Experience Designer in our team, you’ll focus on creating new experiences from ideation and sketching of concepts, through to prototyping and designing high fidelity visual design ready for development.We’re looking for people who are curious, humble and pragmatic. You’ll be passionate about understanding users and their needs, and using your craft and skills to design innovative digital experiences people love.Experience required: 5+ years experience designing digital experiences for responsive websites or mobile apps. You'll be experienced in creating interactive clickable prototypes and familiar with working lean and fast to deliver high quality design to fixed budgets and timelines. You'll be user focused and experienced following an HCD process including user testing and design iteration. We're looking for team players: humble, passionate, curious, intelligent, and excited about solving problems.
