As an Executive Support you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative and secretarial services to the Group Manager, National Service Delivery (GM NSD), including dealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
The Executive Support works in collaboration with other colleagues within National Service Delivery to fulfil their responsibilities.

He pukenga tou/Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills and experiences:
Relevant secretarial qualification or proven experience in working at an executive level of a medium to large-size organisation.
High degree of computer literacy and competency working with a wide range of computer-based secretarial, administrative and presentation applications. Such as email software, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and planning skills.
Able to relate to a wide range of people at all levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task and to stay calm under pressure.A high level of personal integrity is essential.

Salary range: $48,853 - $68,968. This will be based on previous skills and experience
