We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Lead the harmonisation of the payroll function across trans-Tasman ensuring simplification and standardisation.
Lead a team that connects them to the company's purpose and delivers a high-performance agile culture.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing for our people in the workplace and proactively manage risk for the company.
Lead the achievement of our targeted risk maturity for People Services.
Ensure compliance with relevant company people policies, legislation and regulations.
Lead, coach and drive the performance of team to achieve agreed objectives.

? 10+ years' experience leading shared services teams and payroll function and driving high performance against service levels in a large, complex business.
Demonstrated experience coaching and developing leaders to deliver results.
Passion and experience driving operational excellence.
Ability to build collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate into internal environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across whole of function and broader group to reach common approach.
Tertiary qualifications in a Business, Finance or HR related discipline ?
