Market Access Solutionz Ltd (MAS) is a Wellington based company that provides independent technical services in the fields of biosecurity, food safety, agrichemicals, export market requirements, and plant health research management.

As the office mastermind, you will provide a high level of executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team, as well as more broadly across the business to make the place hum.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the administration and reporting of several programmes and their Board interactions, including meeting and event coordination, preparation of agendas, papers and minutes, drafting correspondence and travel and accommodation coordination. You will also take a lead role in tracking project actions and coordinating reporting and newsletters.
This is a varied and busy role that will draw on your organisational and relationship management skills and will provide an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience and further develop your career.

Person Profile:
Proven experience providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support
Exposure to governance and Board processes would be highly advantageous
Ability to problem solve, use initiative and display sound judgement
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
A keen eye for detail coupled with a high degree of accuracy
Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels
Very highly developed written and oral communications
Demonstrated ability in a range of IT applications, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
The ability to anticipate needs, self-manage and work under pressure at busy times
Demonstrates a high level of maturity, integrity and confidentiality
Ability to travel domestically occasionally
