Have a confident, vibrant and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentationDeliver consistent, high quality food whilst maintaining food costsPossess a strong understanding of rostering and costingsHave a flexible approach in adapting to guest requestsLead and develop a motivated cohesive brigade, in a fast-paced environmentMaintain strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressureBe diligent and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements & will have an understanding of Food Safetymanagement Qualifications
5 years Senior leadership experience in a Hospitality & Culinary EnvironmentHigh level of communication & leadershipThe possession of aHospitality (Commercial Cookery) – EssentialA commitment to deliver on and exceed customer expectationsYou will play a pivotal role in orchestrating flawless culinary for events and banquets, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.
