Are you proactive, trustworthy, and a self-managing team player who can organise and prioritise well, providing outstanding administrative support? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and experienced Executive Assistant to support our DCE Academic, based across our Unitec and MIT campuses. As the face (and oftentimes the voice) of the office of the DCE, you will be the key point of contact for the day-to-day coordination and management of activities in this space. This truly is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and you will need to be able to keep up! Your overall responsibilities include: Providing general secretarial support to the DCE Academic. Extensive diary and inbox management. Coordination of multiple projects and workstreams. Assisting with administrative tasks as required and directed. Assisting with People & Culture processes when required or directed. Engaging with a wide network of internal and external stake holders across projects and workstreams. Because of the fast-paced and varied nature of the role, confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities and a strong attention to detail is essential. So is a mature outlook, a cool and calm demeanour, and a good sense of humour! You will need to possess a strong command of the English Language, both written and verbal, and a high degree of computer literacy, with first-class digital record management skills.
