Join us.We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our hard-working and passionate Property and Infrastructure team on a fixed-term basis (May 2024 - January 2025).What you'll be doing / He aha te mahiSupporting the General Manager of Property and Infrastructure, you will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional executive support. You will play an integral role in the smooth running of the department and will proactively anticipate the General Managers needs ensuring day-to-day support functions are executed efficiently and effectively.The role will involve:Proactive diary management - arranging and prioritising meetings, preparing pre-briefings and other supporting information, liaising with attendees, and organising any associated travel.Assisting in the preparation of communications, reports, and presentations.Providing secretariat support for the Property and Infrastructure Management Team, Infrastructure Committee, and other groups as required.Coordinating forums and events that facilitate departmental engagement, including management of the department's 'Celebrating Success' programme and year-end function.Organise meetings as required, coordinating logistics, preparing and distributing supporting material, taking comprehensive minutes, and tracking progress against agreed actions.What you'll bring to the role / Ko wai to PukekaYou'll have 5+ years experience in executive/personal assistant or another business support role. You'll be a highly organised and motivated individual with a strong ability to effectively multitask.To best succeed in this role, you'll have:Previous experience in a local government and/or property and infrastructure sectors is advantageousTraining/qualifications in relevant disciplines, with a tertiary qualification preferable.Highly developed MS Office skills, particularly formatting.Well developed reasoning and analytical skills, with unwavering attention to detail.A current, valid New Zealand driver's license.To apply, please follow the link and apply online with your CV and Cover Letter.
