What will you do? We have an exciting Christchurch based opportunity for a proactive and energetic Project Coordinator/ Executive Assistant to support two of our Senior Executive team members. This role is pivotal in coordinating multiple streams of work, supporting reporting, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and assisting with diary management and ongoing projects and initiatives.
Other key responsibilities include:
Organising and coordinating projectsDiary management with conflicting appointmentsOrganising and arranging travel requestsWriting emails, letters and internal correspondence, so excellent written communication is keyPreparing agendas, organising meetings and completing meeting minutesProducing reports and presentationsPositively contributing to our fantastic workplace cultureWhat's in it for you?
