We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA/PA to manage the co-ordination and organisation of administration tasks for a busy medical department. If you are available to start asap for the next 3 months plus and can travel to Takapuna for work then this may be the opportunity for you!! You will be working for a busy department looking after Maori and Pacific health. Once you are settled in the role there is the scope to work 1-2 days remotely. The Role Providing relevant administrative support to the department heads Support orientation of new staff  Responds to or appropriately re-directs general queries Organising department and leadership meetings, booking rooms/zooms, putting together agendas, taking minutes etc Project work as required  Assisting with documentation work Other administrative duties as required The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in a similar administration role (ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting or large complex organisation) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise and display time management skills Personal assistant or Senior Administration experience Experience in managing databases Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks This role will be filled ASAP so apply now with your CV to avoid disappointment!
