We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Principal. The ideal candidate will be a master at multi-tasking, an expert at managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Principal's calendar efficiently, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.Serve as the primary point of contact between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and excellent communication.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Principal.Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.Assist in planning and executing school events, including board meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and special ceremonies.Accurately maintain records and files, including student records and administrative documents.Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.Conduct research and compile data to support the Principal in decision-making processes.Collaborate with other business support staff to ensure seamless school operations.About You:
Bring a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in a senior executive support role.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in an educational setting is a bonus.Commitment to the mission and values of the school.Benefits:
