Executive Assistant- Design-Sales

The person we are seeking must have:
• An analytical approach to problem solving
• Ability to convey written, digital, and oral messages clearly and succinctly
• A professional approach with an orientation towards career building
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate
• Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
• Outstanding attention to detail and great follow-through.
• Good photographic skills. Desirable but not essential.
• Professionalism
• Reasonably competent level of computer skills
We require a well-rounded, creative person to:
• Create and install visual content for our website , online stores and social media pages
• Managing on-line presence and develop opportunities to enhance performance levels of products and platforms.
• Assist in the creation of marketing/sales campaigns for web and print media
• Continuously enhance our brand identity.
• Work with our glass designers to produce one off designs for their clients.
• Provide back-end website maintenance
• Providing technical [IT] and design support to all Sales and Marketing activities as required. Experience with Adobe suite desirable but not mandatory,
This role also includes:
• Engaging in Business to Business and Business to consumer correspondence [under guidance].
• Face of the company, you will hold a position that brings you into direct contact with our companies clients via numerous pathways. You will at all times convey, project and provide a professional image and service.
• Provide full support to all reporting requirements as part of our internal management system.
• Be an active participant in promotional activities.
• Assist in product processing requirements if requested to do so.
• Administration functions as assigned
• Other duties as requested.
