Together, we're shaping a future where social workers are celebrated leaders of change.The OpportunityWe're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organised Executive Assistant & Administrator to join our team.This newly created, full-time role is based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara | Wellington. Youwill work closely with our Chief Executive, handling a variety of tasks that facilitate the CE's ability to effectively lead the Association and to support the achievement of the strategic objectives of the organisation.These tasks include:Providing executive support to the Chief Executive, enabling efficient and effective leadership, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organising events.Offering administrative support to the Member Support Team and social work online communities, aiming to enhance the services provided to the members of the Association.Assisting with the management and development of the Association's e-learning platform.Our team all work remotely and so you will need to be able to work from home, however you will be required to travel to Wellington CBD 1-2 times per week. We will provide you with a computer and mobile phone and support you with the necessary equipment if required.The salary for this role is $70,000 per annum and includes five weeks annual leave.About usAotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers (ANZASW) is a professional association for social workers in Aotearoa New Zealand.
