This varied role will see you undertake building and managing relationships with our members, managing inquiries, providing support, and delivery of events and activities in Auckland and Northland. Your customer experience expertise, event delivery knowledge, and relationship management experience will be key to engage and deliver value to our membership.This is a permanent, full-time role with an amazing team. Our team based in Auckland forms part of an incredibly collaborative culture offering opportunities for involvement in projects and innovative initiatives, in addition:Key Responsibilities will include:Managing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersLeading and managing local social media activationCoordinate member community groups and committeesMember inquiries, interactions, and engagementUtilising our CRM (Salesforce) for case management, reporting, and monitoringAssisting the Regional Manager in the management and coordination of local resourcesMember Engagement event/activity working with the Auckland, Account Manager to design, deliver, and support relevant activities which includes in person, virtual and hybrid events,Creating marketing materials and campaigns related to regional eventsYou have a flexible innovative mindset, are a self-starter who can embrace change, and is looking to develop your career in events. You pride yourself on delivering results through client/member engagement activities/events. You are a self-motivated, driven high performer with a 'can-do' attitude with strong communication skills. To be considered for this you will be able to demonstrate:Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate, hospitality, or membership environmentExperience in organising events, including planning, logistics, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communicationsRelationship management with both internal and external stakeholdersImpeccable problem-solving, organisation, and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative team environmentSound computer skills including Microsoft Office, experience with CRMs, email marketing platforms, and social mediaGoal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to juggle time-sensitive prioritiesAbility to be agile and adaptable in a transformational environmentChartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) represent more than 136,000 financial professionals, supporting them to build value and make a difference to the businesses, organisations, and communities in which they work and live.Being a difference maker is the difference between good and excellent.
