This role has ample variety; as the events you will be working on are large scale and range from major sporting events to international concerts, across our three iconic venues – Go Media Stadium Mt Smart, North Harbour Stadium and Western Springs Stadium.What to expect in the day of a life as an Event Manager:• Lead the full life cycle and delivery of high-profile events• Manage client enquiries, supplier, and stakeholder coordination• Establish and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships• Oversee Event Coordinators, event day casuals, volunteers and have oversight of all recoverable and non-recoverable expenses for events• Complete event-day delivery as well as management of post-event wash ups• Work closely with suppliers and service contractors to build partnerships that deliver high quality events• Ensure that health and safety issues are identified and managed.To view the full position description and all responsibilities, please click here .He korero mou: About youYou are an experienced Event Manager who can hit the ground running and will be able to demonstrate your ability to be proactive and contribute from day one.You will be confident, able to build rapport quickly and easily with clients and have a passion and patience for mentoring and empowering team members.
