Manage targets and sales figuresMotivate, mentor and lead a teamImplement self-starter promotions and new business initiativesManage and maintain appropriate stock levelsBe the glue that holds the counter together.About You: We are seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to join our team who has:
Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets.A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, ideally a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry.Great time management, problem solving and communication skills.Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.This position is full time and involves working on a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
