We're looking for a talented ESG Engagement Specialist to add more good energy to our team. In this interesting and varied new role you will lead ESG strategy development and implementation at Clarus. You'll work closely with the Environment and Sustainability Lead, keeping abreast of ESG trends, issues, best practice and applying this internally. This exciting role will lead the way in engaging our people internally and advancing ESG understanding and practice within our own culture. This role can be in Christchurch, Wellington or Bell Block (Taranaki). Along with your relevant qualification (science, commerce, communications or environmental) and 5+ years' experience in the sustainability field, you will have superior influencing skills, excellent writing skills - able to adjust to different audiences. We're looking for someone to utilise their strong communication and facilitation skills, to inform and engage our people on ESG. Project management experience, along with experience presenting at Executive and Board level would be beneficial.
