Responsibilities
Manage the definition of functional requirements for Oracle Project Management Cloud – Projects Planning, Resource Management, Billing and Revenue Management as a subject matter expert to understand system requirements and ensure successful solution deliveryExposure to Oracle ERP: General Ledger, Accounts reconciliation & Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable.Gather system, data requirements through a variety of techniques (workshops, interviews, etc) and translating these into functional solutions (configurations).Undertake business analysis workshops and create functional requirements document, functional design documents and contribute to sprint plans.contribute to the solution design and functional set-up and execution of functional project work streams.demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implicationsdesign functional solution with other satellite applicationsmigration of data from legacy applicationsestablish test plans and develop customer-specific customizationswork in agile/waterfall projects from time to timefunctional testingtraining activitiesmanage user and stakeholder expectationsother functional responsibilities as may be required from timeidentify risks and issues with appropriate escalation channels to ensure timely project deliveryassist with presales activities and engagement proposals as and when required Requirements Minimum 4 years + experience in Oracle ERP Finance projects with at least 1 Cloud ERP Project deliveryKnowledgeable about the business processes and systems around Enterprise Finance management, and/or Procurement & Supply Chain is essential.Deep functional background with relevant experience of using reporting tools and understanding of how Oracle ERP is used in the business operations.Oracle Cloud Finance certification in GL/ AR/ FA/ APOperational Support - required to support Senior Managers in deploying solutionsExperience working for large MNC or Big 4 consulting practiceGood communication, positive attitude and team playerManagement/Business ConsultingPlanning and Prioritization skillsBusiness processes and associated documentationArchitecture/ Design / Detailing of Enterprise Resource Planning Business ProcessesExperience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and assistance in deployment Operating across 3 Continents, Duco Consultancy is innovating technology at every corner.
