Erp Business Analyst

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Requirement gathering, designing, and creating business specifications to facilitate delivery of solutions
Investigate, and resolve AX incidents working alongside business users and vendors
Manage business and partner requirements and present them in a way that they can be implemented by vendors
Preparing documentation (SOW, Functional Requirements/Detailed Designs)
Act as the translation point between business and technical teams
Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and training business users to successfully use and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX application

Certificate in Microsoft Dynamics AX
5+ years business analysis experience
Detailed understanding of integration concepts
Experience as a functional consultant for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and working knowledge of the supply chain, and finance modules
Experience working with EDI/B2B platforms (Mulesoft)
Experience in project, development and change management methodologies
The ability to read and understand formal technical specifications, and to recognize faults and ambiguities within
Experience within the retail sector would be highly desirable
SErvice Now experience (preferred but not essential)
