Reporting to the Business Services Coordinator, your role will be responsible for handling requests from both internal and external customers, and for processing, picking / packing outgoing stock.It will also include other administrative duties including issuing refunds and supporting with client queries and issues.What we are looking for :We are looking for a person with exceptional attention to detail with a background in customer service.
