About the Role
Ward 4C is a 25 bed general surgical ward specialising in vascular, urology, plastics, breast and gynaecology and provides for both elective and acute surgical admissions.
Enthusiastic nurses with a “can do”’ positive attitude who enjoy the challenge of a working in a busy but rewarding environment and who can demonstrate adherence to high nursing practice standards will thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team of health care professionals from a variety of disciplines, and gain further exposure to develop your repertoire of nursing skills.
About you
To be successful in this very busy role you will need to have an interest in surgical nursing, be able to demonstrate resilience, won’t mind putting in some hard work and be open and willing to up-skill as required. You’ll also be a confident communicator with a friendly demeanour and someone who values patient centred care. In return you’ll gain great work experience in a multidisciplinary team and the opportunity to develop your skills in a variety of surgical specialties.
