About the role
Your role will include being a liaison with Whanganui District Council using a customer focus lens to help design, develop and provide technical support as required. You will have:
A passion for mentoring our technical team, assisting them to reach their potential.
Experience in technical support of delivery & performance to other teams in the Alliance
A growth mindset and excitement about tackling the next challenge that you and your team face.
The belief that a strong team is more valuable than a group of individuals and enthusiasm to help your team thrive through coaching, pairing and educating
About you
You will need to have a background in Civil Engineering design and/or management, and is working toward becoming chartered (CPEng). With proven industry experience and knowledge, 5 years’ minimum and sound commercial understanding and acumen. It also goes without saying that you’ll have a have a pragmatic and flexible approach with a “can do” attitude.
