To assist the Chief Engineer to organize and carry out department's preventive / breakdown maintenance.  To check on work performed to ensure it is in accordance to the established schedule.  To plan and executing strategies for completing projects on time To propose and manage budgets for assigned projects. To supervise the work of engineering team members and contracted teams. To support and involve in sustainability programmes and projects.  To maintain and prolong the building equipment.
