Victoria University of Wellington is looking for an Engagement Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team tasked with driving excellence in engagement, events and alumni relationship management.

Ideally you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of developing good relationships. You will have experience with data and event management, have excellent customer services, communication and administration skills, and be able to prioritise effectively.
You will be a central member of the team responsible for delivering the University's graduation ceremonies and other high profile events.

This role is part of the University's Engagement and Alumni team which is part of the wider Communications, Marketing and Engagement group. Our group leads the University's marketing, communications, websites, alumni relations, publishing and events initiatives. The group communicates with more than 2,000 staff, 22,000 students, more than 110,000 alumni and a diverse range of external stakeholders.
