Based from their office in Otaki, my client is looking for their next Employment Consultant, responsible for helping Job Seeking Tradespeople into permanent employment.

A day in the life of an Employment Consultant:Coordinating with internal and external lead sources for Trainee CandidatesAssisting in the training of candidates for trades workHunting new employment opportunities for trainees, including following warm leads and cold lead generationWhat you bring to the office:Experience in relationship building, pipeline management and lead generation Excellent people skills with both Job Seekers and BusinessesInitiative, the drive for success, and a competitive spiritWhat's on offer:A great company, with a dedicated management team.A competitive salary with uncapped commissionCompany car, laptop and phoneWFH daysNOTE: This role covers territory in the Wellington region and regional travel may be required.
