Role type:Contract Location:Auckland Job published on:19 February 2020 This large enterprise scale project will migrate to new Microsoft Active Directory forest/domains, Azure AD/o365 tenants and hybrid Microsoft Exchange platform as well as modernizing the workplace and desktop environment.
Beyond the implementation of new foundational infrastructure, it will be necessary to re-home 10,000 users and all data centre hosted apps into the new forest/domains.
Working with Architects and Solution Designers to assess solution options you will be part of the delivery teams assessing delivery options and inform planning as well as the Identification of security and technology risks
To be successful you will have significant detailed design experience across many of the following;
10 years+ infrastructure architecture and design experience gained in large corporate environments.
Email (hybrid Exchange Organisation)
O365 modern workplace
Veritas Enterprise vault archiving and journaling
Identity and access management (Active Directory Domain Services)
External identity provider (Azure AD)
Large scale infrastructure delivery
Integration with infrastructure management and monitoring toolsets
Service transition management processes and acceptance into live service
End user device migrations (VDI and laptop builds, COPE, BYOD)
Application deployments and migrations within the data centre
Data centre migrations
Participating in teams spread across multiple locations on and offshore
Effective stakeholder management and techniques for engagement
Production of detailed design
Exceptional communication skills
