Description & RequirementsReporting to the Site Manager- the Environment- Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is accountable for the Health & Safety performance of our Hastings site- as well as supporting implementation of other Operational Risk initiatives including Environment- Facility Security and Business Continuity. About the role Setting site direction of EHS performance through target setting and performance monitoringContinuous improvement to ensure site EHS compliance with legislation and Kraft Heinz global best practiceEnsuring suitable policies- management systems and controls are applied across EHSDriving EHS audits and action plansMitigating business continuity risks through emergency preparedness plansQualitative and quantitative EHS reportingRehabilitation and Return to WorkLeading and participating in Environment and Social Governance- such as energy conservation and waste reduction initiativesAbout you We are seeking an enthusiastic- autonomous individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who can confidently interact with and influence a range of stakeholders across the site drive to drive the EHS agenda.
