We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do love our customers and build a software product that really changes their lives.About the roleThe Education Manager plays a pivotal role in the marketing team. To put it simply, you'll be creating and managing first-class educational content for the consulting industry, to drive web traffic and lead volume.What's involved?Research and insights - liaising with internal experts, industry partners, thought leaders and using your own methods to research and capture insights, challenges and opportunitiesCurriculum design and content creation – use your research findings to create engaging courses and certifications which help find solutions for the challenges consulting firms and our partners face.LMS management and operations –  own and manage the delivery of this content through a learning management platform.You'll be involved in the process from beginning to end!About youYou come from a training, education and/or enablement background. You love research, just as much as you love finding solutions for the challenges you uncover.You have experience creating materials, learning paths and certification programs, as well as managing an LMS.Ideally, you'll have exposure to a B2B SaaS business and bonus points for experience at a consulting business.About the packageWe can offer you a competitive salary; health insurance; mobile phone plan; and just a genuinely supportive and fun team environment.
